2. Where are your products shipped from?

Our magical lighting solutions are shipped from various enchanting locations around the globe! (Think of it as a worldwide treasure hunt for your new favorite night light!) We ensure that your order arrives faster than you can say "galaxy projector!"

3. Can I get a refund on a product?

Absolutely! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your product doesn’t light up your life, just let us know, and we’ll make it right! (No hard feelings, we promise!)

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! We don’t want your dreams of a starry night to be dimmed! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll swoop in like a superhero to evaluate the issue and make it right! (Cape not included.)

5. Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Yup, there are a few party poopers in the return world! Items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items can’t be returned. If you’re unsure about your specific item, just give us a shout!

6. How do I start a return?

7. Can I exchange my item for something else?

Sure thing! The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item. It’s like a two-step dance to lighting up your space!

8. How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If it is, you’ll see that sweet cash back in your account within 10 business days! (Just remember, banks can be a bit slow on the uptake sometimes.)

9. What if I don’t see my refund after 15 business days?

10. Do you offer gift cards?
